Growing up, I’ve always been deeply connected to nature. The trees were steady listeners, offering quiet guidance, while the ocean taught me about rhythm, flow, and adaptability. These early experiences continue to shape my approach to holistic healing and how I support others in reconnecting with their own natural balance.

My passion for nature led me to study Biology at the University of Victoria, where I focused on Ecology and Human Biology. Through the lens of evolution, I became increasingly aware of the deep connection between humans and the natural world. Whether observing the veins of a leaf or those in a human hand, the parallels were clear—we are not separate from nature; we are nature.

I later continued my studies at Pacific Rim College, training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I was fascinated by how ancient practitioners mapped the body’s channel pathways and understood connections to internal organs—long before modern technology. This answered a question many people ask: how does acupuncture treatment work?
